    Spot- on. It's a sentence that has created a lot of misunderstandings, especially recently. From the companies point of view it might be a problem that customers know that they are always right and always want to be right. The heart of the problem is a distorted relationship that customers/companies are trying to mend by doing all the wrong things. They either don't acknowledge there is a problem (basically that's what your post is about) or they try to fix it by doing the wrong things.
